This wellness walking based program is designed to instill well-being and strength through nature and fitness. As the name implies, FitWalk's foundation is walking, aggressive and purposeful, combined with unique training methods that address all major muscle groups and follow the most up-to-date High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles. Each class is different, but all involve getting multiple workouts in a single session! FitWalk classes naturally encourage mindfulness, camaraderie, and positive imaging to support mental and emotional health.

If you’ve ever thought about starting a yoga practice, but going to a yoga class feels like you’ve shown up in a foreign country without a map or a translator, this class has been designed for you! In just four weeks, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga, the foundational postures to begin a yoga practice. You will learn how to move through the poses of the Sun Salutation, a Yoga sequence practiced by yogis all over the world. Each week will be a building block upon the week before, just as yogis move from one pose to another. In the last class we will put all the pieces together and practice the Sun Salutation. You’ll be studio ready and confident to practice Yoga anywhere.

Tai Chi-Qigong is a healing exercise for our body, opening blocked energy channels through proper posture, breath work, and advanced concentration within graceful movement. Through this practice the condition of cells, muscles, bones, and joints are strengthened and revitalized, improving the function of internal
organs and intestines.
Tai Chi (TaeGeuk) is the principle of the cosmic energy cycle. When cosmic energy is created and eventually reaches its peak, instead of disappearing, the energy converts into a different
type of energy, thereby continuing its lifecycle.
Qigong is the understanding and application of the Tai Chi principle into our lives. We can embrace the cosmic energy cycle and transform ourselves, leading a less self-centered and more altruistic, devoted life.
