   Welcome to Elderwise

Our Spring 2022 Program finished at the end of June. Thanks to all of you who were a part of a very successful term.
The print catalog for our Fall 2022 Program will be mailed out, to those on our mailing list, at the end of July.
Please allow a week or two for it to arrive in your mailbox.
Our Online Fall 2022 Catalog will be open for registration at the beginning of August.

Our first Fall class, to be presented on the morning of September 8 by Ray Stocking, will be FREE and on a very popular topic: The Ivory-Billed Woodpecker, including the possibility that it has not gone extinct! There will be no charge because Ray and Alena Orb-Stocking wanted to dedicate the presentation to the memory of Alena's mother, Elsie Orb, the long-time leader and principal developer of our Elderwise catalog of programs over the past 15 years. The dedication will take place in the first few minutes of the class. This special class will be our first in the hybrid format, allowing some to attend in the Red Cross classroom, and all others to participate via Zoom in your homes. The size of the in-person audience will be limited by the existing Red Cross maximum capacity at that time. Please join us on September 8 at 10:00 a.m. You are asked to register for the class in the usual way, by registering either online or by mail. The fee for the class will be marked as $0.
