Some intermediate poses will also be taught so that previous students of yoga can continue progressing. Individuals who need some modifications in their routine due to physical limitations are welcome too. Bring a hand towel and a yoga mat to class.

Come join us while we combine upbeat cardiovascular conditioning with strength training & feel-good stretching. Come improve your overall fitness & break away from the day to do something fun that leaves you energized! All fitness levels are invited including those needing chair fitness assistance & no special skills are required. Just bring some light dumbbells, yoga matt, towel, and your desire to get fit, and have fun!
