Bug Feelings, Smart Choices is a playful, hands-on workshop where parents and children explore big emotions through imaginative bug-themed activities, storytelling, and creative art. Together, you’ll learn simple ways to recognize feelings, make thoughtful choices, and practice calming strategies in a way that feels natural and fun.
This interactive experience is designed to strengthen your connection while building emotional awareness and regulation skills you can use at home. We turn “bug-sized” feelings into opportunities for growth—no pressure, just creativity, connection, and shared learning. Perfect for homeschool families, caregivers, parents and anyone looking to nurture more calm, confidence, and communication with their child.
A cash materials fee of $10 is payable to instructor at the beginning of class. Recommended for kids age 5 and older. Each registration covers one adult and up to two children. Want to bring more family members? Awesome! Just please secure an additional enrollment for the extra adults or kids.

- Enhancing Relationships in an Uptight World

This two-night course provides an opportunity to identify, discuss, and plan improvement of relationships with family, friends, co-workers and the general population or surrounding circle of living. It contains five areas of discussion: personal needs, healthy relationships, enhancing communication, identifying people skills, and record behavior improvement. Each area provides an opportunity for participants to identify their personal strengths and weaknesses and ways to improve their personal behaviors. Certified Enhancing Relationships Facilitators will instruct the course. This course is pending State CEU approval for LPC, LCDC, LMSW and LMFT professionals.
An optional $8.00 workbook fee is payable to the instructor at first class.

Each session is thoughtfully curated to deliver a full 60-minute Pilates experience, combining physical conditioning with mindful restoration:
- 10-Minute Warm-Up: Gentle, intentional movements to awaken the body, activate key muscle groups, and prepare participants for safe and effective movement.
- 40-Minute Pilates Flow: A structured, low-impact yet highly effective workout targeting specific muscle groups each week while improving posture, flexibility, and core strength.
- 10-Minute Cool Down: A restorative phase focused on stretching, breathwork, and recovery. Each participant is provided with an eucalyptus cooling towel, enhancing relaxation and creating a spa-like finish to every session.
Our approach ensures that every class is accessible, empowering, and results-driven, whether participants are beginners, returning to movement, or advancing their fitness journey.
