    Are you prepared for life after baby? This is a four-week course designed to provide new and expecting parents with practical tools, resiliency skills, and mental wellness strategies to navigate the challenges of early parenthood. The course will focus on building emotional strength, fostering positive coping skills, and improving self-care during the demanding postpartum period.

    A cash materials fee of $10 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.

    HealthRHYTHMS® is a research-based life enhancement tool. It is a group drumming recreational music-making (RMM) protocol based upon published studies by a research team led by Barry Bittman, M.D., a neurologist. Studies have demonstrated immune system strengthening, improved mood states, and reduced stress and burnout. No previous musical experience is needed and all instruments will be provided. HealthRhythms® is NOT a drumming lesson, performance-based class, or standard drum circle. It promotes non-verbal and verbal communication and self-expression through drums and percussion. Your instructor, Jorge Ochoa, is an occupational therapist and trained REMO HealthRhythms Facilitator. For ages 18+. The class includes group discussion and insight.
