    Did you attend a painting party and now have an interest in developing your skills further? In this introductory course, learn the theory and practice of acrylic painting. Explore color mixing, the color wheel, values, and basic color theory and principles. Complete your first painting using a monochromatic color scheme. By the time you have completed this course, you will have developed the skills and knowledge to continue on in your learning of how to paint with acrylics.     HealthRHYTHMS® is a research-based life enhancement tool. It is a group drumming recreational music-making (RMM) protocol based upon published studies by a research team led by Barry Bittman, M.D., a neurologist. Studies have demonstrated immune system strengthening, improved mood states, and reduced stress and burnout. No previous musical experience is needed and all instruments will be provided. HealthRhythms® is NOT a drumming lesson, performance-based class, or standard drum circle. It promotes non-verbal and verbal communication and self-expression through drums and percussion. Your instructor, Jorge Ochoa, is an occupational therapist and trained REMO HealthRhythms Facilitator. For ages 18+. The class includes group discussion and insight.
